The information you provide when registering will be used to maintain a record of your role, your training history, and to keep you informed about future relevant training opportunities. Your data will be stored securely in a cloud-based database for the duration of your involvement and will be deleted three months after this period or upon withdrawal of consent—whichever occurs first. Access to your data will be limited to RCB Safeguarding staff, IT support staff from Enclude, and diocesan staff involved in organising this training event.
